This is what makes my heart beat faster: a mix of colors, patterns, textures, shapes, aromas. Every time that things come together instead of being isolated, I feel butterflies in my stomach. Different feelings intertwine,
that's what it's like for me.

Wow! I just found you today and I've read through your whole blog! Luckily it's new! I can't tell you how much I adore your space. Your style is soo like mine! I too love mixing colors, patterns, textures, etc! I love how your home rises to meet you and it looks like it's completely yours and shows your interests. I love everything! I especially love how you've been able to put in as many plants as possible in a very tasteful and eye pleasing manner! I too <3 plants and taking care of them!
ReplyDeleteThank you from the bottom of my heart, Sandy! This is by far the most beautiful and honest compliment I have ever received. I'm following back :)
DeleteOh and I'm following you now :)
ReplyDeleteWait, I can't seem to be able to get to your blog! Can you please give me the url? Your profile is so .... mysterious!
DeleteOh I'm sorry. I don't have a blog :)I'm just a reader :) I've been curious where you are living? It doesn't say it anywhere in your blog (meaning Germany, Spain, Russia, etc). I know you're somewhere in Europe. I'm in Indiana (U.S.).
ReplyDeleteI live in Romania, Eastern Europe. My flat is in a block of flats built in 1983 in the communist era. But I love it :)
Deleteoh, you're from romania! how nice! i was there when i was 2 and have my first memories there, i still have a necklace my parents got me there.
ReplyDeletewhat i was going to comment on was the cool combinations you found here. you seem to be excellent at combining, i also noticed that in your photos you took of your bedroom.
Thank you so much. Did you know that Simona is a common Romanian name? I'm so happy that you enjoyed my "combinations", it's part of me and part of my blog. You're welcome to visit anytime :)

Hi, thanks for the lovely comment you left on my blog. I was looking around and I love your yellow entry (I pinned it). I can't believe you hand painted all that, amazing! Are you on Pinterest?
ReplyDeleteYes, I am, thank you for the pin! And now I'm following your Pinterest :)
DeleteSuperimposing patterns, shapes and photos can lead to some amazing images, as you have shown.
ReplyDeleteI usually go for "less is more", but sometimes "more is more"...
