The orange sheets make the bed look like one giant, square pumpkin. Maybe it will morph into a carriage.
The circus boy poster moved on the purple wall in my bedroom and is paired with a crepe paper bunting.
Also in the bedroom, a look out the window at my little plants. It's chilly at night - I'll move them indoors.
And on the kitchen counter, my favorite cups and the caraway seeds sit in a brown glass jar. I'm gonna cook a rice dish - with curry and caraway and olive oil :)
Well, doy you want to know what I'm loving? Everything!
ReplyDeleteBut most of all... the purple wall! Love the color!
And also... the brown glass bottle... and curry!
Thank you, Laura! The purple wall is my pride and joy... I will post an update in a couple of days :)
DeleteI love your style, even the pumpkin bed! :) but most of all the circus boy poster with the crepe paper bunting, adorable!

So you're a chef? Great! I don't excell at cooking, but this is a recipe from my own mind: basmati rice with olive oil, curry, chopped carrot (only half a carrot), garlic, rosemary and caraway seeds. First, I mix the rice with the oil and toss it around on the stove in a ceramic pan, until it gets golden. Then add water and all the other ingredients. Many people in my country like to add an egg to tie the rice together, but I don't do that.
DeleteThanks for the recipe!
DeleteMmm I love curry! Definitely post whatever you cook with curry!
ReplyDeleteSorry, Yelle, too late! I cooked coming home from work and we ate everything in 5 minutes :))
Deleteyour home looks so lovely! i have orange sheets too :) i love that glass jar! i am trying to be better about using spices and have been wanting to put them in pretty jars . . . i think ones like these would inspire me to get creative.
ReplyDeleteChristine, this is the same trick I used when I started mixing my own herbs and spices: I made a collection of beautiful little jars and put them on the kitchen shelf, right under my nose. You inspire me to post some spice jars pics, someday soon!
