Monday Booster: Incredible Storage

The "blogging effect", in my case, could be described as an involuntary hoarding phase. I've been collecting lots of junk, which I will transform one day into beautiful projects. Until then, I'm seriously considering getting additional storage to my tiny home, since old lamps, silly vases and lots of paint supplies take up a lot of space. So I was completely blown away by this creative storage solution from a lovely house tour spotted on  the New York Times page. The fact that you can only see half of it makes me love it even more, because I have to use my imagination to complete the picture. This is the loveliest, most inventive and efficient storage system I've seen in a while. And if you take the tour, you'll find that this house, filled with bold personal touches, is in fact a prefab container home. Who would have guest?

  1. I do exactly the same and I have many drawers and even a big cabinet, full of items and supplies awaiting to be used, but time is short.

I´ve loved that house, thanks for the link. It looks like the kind of house of those who collects lots of unpaired things, but they have managed to make them look great.

    1. I love that house, too! It's still a mystery to me how people can group together a bunch of mismatched items and turn it into something so beautiful...

    1. That's a new picture in my mind - Andrea the hoarder :))) But you know what they say, that the true creative minds cannot create anything if there is order around them. I'm sure that in your case there are tons of colored yarn in a beautiful mess. Please show us some day...
