The fabulous peonies started to loose their sensual petals. It will soon be a sea of red on my kitchen counter.
Of all the rich flowers that have a habit of shedding, peonies look the best (second place goes to fall chrysanthemums, third place goes to tulips).
Now they live in three separate glass houses. The first peony stays in an old square apothecary jar. The second one settled for a beautiful little IKEA vase which looks looks like a pyramid from Mars. And the third has a vintage pink swirly vase for a castle.
The red peonies were featured as the favorite photo of the week at Blueberry Craft and Hobby Time! Thanks a million, Ewa!
Found you via Peli's blog! Love your peonies! I adore plants and gardening!
