Little pine cones are starting to grow bigger. I love how the swirls get more and more robust and how the little top aims higher into the light. They all seem the same, but each one is unique and perfectly balanced. This one, for example, is taller :)
And here is my friend Ana, a beautiful photographer for the day!
Quiet beauty in the park.
BONUS PIC: wild cherry flowers (I think!)
Sweet photos! Have a great day!!
ReplyDeleteThank you, sweet Anne, it was a beau-ti-ful day!
DeleteIsn't it so amazing how they are so tightly wound green buds and then over time they unfurl into beautiful pinecones. Lovely images! Best wishes for a great day. Tammy
ReplyDeleteThank you, Tammy! Like you, I am simply fascinated with the way nature develops from little buds into beautiful grown plants...
DeleteBeautiful photos! I love pinecones. I have some in a vase in the living room. :)

Thank you! I think that the shape of pine cones is a wonder, a mathematical masterpiece and a beautiful thing to look at, when you feel a little sad.
