Blue and yellow

The blue pitcher is here! So happy with its curvy, uneven shape! So homey with its full-belly figure - it might have been a beer-maker in a previous life. So cheerful with the way the electric blue glaze reflects and spreads life into the room! Next to the blue pitcher, the most enduring house plant ever (the sturdy chlorophytum) in an equally cheery yellow pot. Spring is here, Meeha, just shake off those awful winter blues!

Now for the bigger picture: more blue and yellow in the living room! Can you spot the happy yellow bits? The ceiling light, the flower pot on the coffee table, the yellow pillow and.... only the cat owners will spot it ... the yellow flashes in my cat's eyes. Anais has got the most beautiful yellow lanterns :))

  4. I have just been wandering around your blog. You have some very cool homeware, I must say! The blue and yellow is definitely a winner, and a few posts ago you were in your loungeroom - where I have to say, I just wanted to curl up! :)
